Your spiritual journey begins with a drive from Haridwar to Guptkashi. En route, marvel at the scenic beauty of the Mandakini River at Tilwara, originating from Kedarnath. On reaching Guptkashi, check in to your hotel and unwind. In the evening, visit the revered Ardhanarishwar Temple before enjoying a wholesome vegetarian dinner and an overnight stay at Guptkashi.
After an early breakfast, set out for Kedarnath. Choose between trekking, hiring a palki or pony, or opting for a helicopter ride. Trekking pilgrims will be driven to Sonprayag, from where a local jeep takes you to Gaurikund, the trek’s starting point. Upon reaching Kedarnath, visit the Kedarnath Temple, Shri Bhairavnath Temple, and Adi Shankaracharya Ji’s Samadhi. After darshan, settle into your accommodation for an overnight stay in Kedarnath.
After attending the morning aarti at Kedarnath Temple, begin your descent back to Gaurikund. Upon arrival, drive back to Guptkashi. Those opting for helicopter services will be picked up from the helipad. After a long but fulfilling day, enjoy a warm meal and a restful night at Guptkashi.
