Day-Wise Plan for Your Luxury Char Dham Getaway
Day 1 - Arrival at Dehradun
Your journey begins with a pickup from the Dehradun airport or railway station. You will be escorted to the luxurious Hyatt Regency Hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. Enjoy a delightful dinner and prepare for the Char Dham Yatra, which commences the next morning.
Day 2 - Yamunotri
Start your day early with a 6:00 am departure from the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. After a 30-minute flight, arrive at the Kharsali Helipad. From here, begin your 5-kilometer journey to the Yamunotri Temple, assisted by palki/doli services. Perform darshan and rituals before returning to Kharsali. Overnight stay at Kalindi Hill Top Hotel.
Day 3 - Gangotri
Depart from Kharsali Helipad at 6:35 am and arrive at Harsil Helipad by 7:00 am. Begin your scenic drive to the Gangotri Temple, located 22 kilometers away. After darshan, return to your resort for lunch. Spend the evening exploring the serene Harsil Valley, renowned for its picturesque landscapes. Overnight stay at Harsil Village Resort.
Day 4 - Kedarnath
Board the helicopter at Harsil Helipad at 7:30 am and arrive at Kedarnath Helipad by 8:10 am. The Kedarnath Temple is just 500 meters from the helipad. Enjoy VIP darshan and immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance. Return to your hotel in Guptkashi for an overnight stay at Char Machan Resort.
Day 5 - Badrinath
Depart from the Guptkashi/Kedarnath Helipad at 8:30 am and arrive at Badrinath Helipad by 9:00 am. After darshan at the Badrinath Temple, visit the nearby Mana Village, the last Indian village before the China border. Overnight stay at Lords Palace Hotel in Badrinath.
Day 6 - Return to Dehradun
Depart from Badrinath Helipad at 9:05 am and return to Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun by 10:00 am. After completing this divine journey, you will be dropped off at the Dehradun airport or railway station with cherished memories.

- In case of bad weather or technical issues, the itinerary may be adjusted. The company will make every effort to ensure darshan at all Dhams, but refunds will be issued for unutilized sectors if required.
- All bookings must be made in advance with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the journey.
- The company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or delay flights without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and will incur a 10% rescheduling fee. Requests made within 7 days of departure will be treated as cancellations.
- The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Passengers are advised to carry government-approved photo identification at all times.
- Exact flight schedules will be provided one day before departure and are subject to change based on operational requirements.
